Adjunct Brainspotting and Somatic-Based Therapy for Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB)

Your client trusts you, and that relationship matters. When sexual behavior concerns come up and fall outside your scope or comfort, I offer brief and focused adjunct therapy while you remain their primary therapist. The goal is to address the concern and return your client to you with momentum.

  • Clients whose sexual behavior conflicts with their own values and who want to change for themselves.

  • Therapists with strong client rapport who prefer not to treat OCSB or sexual health concerns directly.

  • Clients who are stable enough for focused, body-based processing work.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

THE APPROACH

This work combines Brainspotting with Somatic Experiencing-informed, nervous system-based care. It is grounded in Braun-Harvey's OCSB sexual health model, a non-addiction framework that centers the client's own values rather than shame or outside standards.
